2022 CSA Membership Agreement

I wish to become a Member of The ReFarmery’s Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Program. I understand that I am committing to a weekly share of foods grown at The ReFarmery. I understand that it is my responsibility to arrange for the pickup of my share every week for the growing season. I agree to provide notice to The ReFarmery via email or text message of any changes needed to my pickup. 

I understand that with CSA membership comes both the risks and the rewards of a small farm and that if a crop fails, the loss is shared by all members and The ReFarmery. I understand that all membership funds are immediately reinvested in the farm and therefore The ReFarmery is unable to offer refunds for member shares. I understand that ownership of my share is transferable to any person or household of my choosing at any time. I will contact The ReFarmery in writing via email or text message if I wish to temporarily or permanently reassign my share.

I understand The ReFarmery is not certified organic through any government agency. Foods provided by The Refarmery are grown without any pesticides or herbicides, using only organic fertilizers, minerals, and compost. Tree fruit are grown using The ReFarmery’s own compost made on the farm. I understand that it is my responsibility to thoroughly wash my foods and follow USDA food safety guidelines.

I understand that this member agreement constitutes a contract between myself and The ReFarmery and that by clicking “accept” I agree to the terms listed here.
